Kinds of biofuel
Bioenergy – is a kind of energy, which produces from biofuel. There are several types of fuel: liquid, solid and gaseous. Each of them is use for various purposes.
Liquid biofuel use in automotive industry and for internal combustion engines. It is produces from crops that contain a large amount of oil and starch. Also, liquid biofuel made from forestry waste.
Solid biofuel mainly used in heating boilers. The solid biofuel include: wood chips, briquettes, pellets and others. The consumption of such material is huge, so people grow plants and fast-growing energy forests to stop the disafforestation all over the world.
Gaseous biofuel includes: biogas and biohydrogen. Biogas produces from fermenting organic waste. It can be various household waste, sewage, manure, seaweed and others. In addition, organic fertilizers are use to produce biogas. Biohydrogen prepared by chemical, thermochemical or biotechnological processing.
