Company Slovagrotrans, a.s. is a Slovak transportation and forwarding enterprise with its seat in Ziar nad Hronom. It deals with domestic and international road freight transportation. It was grounded in March 1995 in form of a limited liability company. It was in September 1995, when after the decision of the Slovak Fund of National Property, Slovagrotrans acquired the private ownership of the former state-owned Freight Transportation Company in Ziar nad Hronom and launched its own transportation business. On 1.7.1996 the company changed its legal form into a joint-stock company.

Company’s premises are located on its own grounds with the total area of 22 104 m2, with the share of build-up area of 3 058 m2, in the vicinity of the company SAD a.s. Zvolen, OZ Ziar nad Hronom, at the main transportation route from Bratislava to Zvolen.

Since 1995, we are a member of the Association of Road Transport Operators of the Slovak Republic - CESMAD Slovakia, which engages itself in the field of road transportation.
